Job Summary:

This is a key position that partners with facility operations leadership to drive efficiencies, streamline processes and increase value while reducing costs. The role will initially be 100% on site for several months and thereafter may be flexible but will not become fully remote.

This individual contributor is primarily responsible for conducting and interpreting complex financial assessment and modeling, leading internal audit processes, conducting and reviewing strategic financial research, and developing reports on region/business unit performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in conducting financial assessments, developing budgets and forecasts, and analyzing financial trends.

The role will also involve working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address operational performance issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and interpret complex financial assessments and modeling
  • Lead internal audit processes and review audit results
  • Conduct and review strategic financial research and develop reports on region/business unit performance
  • Develop budgets and forecasts and analyze financial trends
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address operational performance issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
  • Minimum six (6) years Financial Planning & Analysis experience, or directly related business experience
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
  • Two (2) years project management experience
