Della Infotech is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in a dynamic operating room environment. As a key member of our medical support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients, rooms, and equipment for surgical procedures, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during procedures, providing essential support and maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the procedure.
  • Verify and maintain accurate records of patient information, medical history, and surgical procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a surgical setting, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
  • Ability to scrub in for surgical procedures, including eye and total joint surgeries.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
  • COVID-19 vaccination required, with exemptions reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Two supervisory references and a skills checklist are mandatory for consideration.

Certification Requirements:

  • BLS (AHA)
  • NBSTSA

Work Schedule:

  • 1 weekend call per 6-week schedule
