We are seeking skilled professionals to enhance our dynamic team, where we foster a love for learning in children through our engaging, play-based curriculum. Our compassionate and supportive staff play a crucial role in equipping children with the essential skills for future success. We invite candidates who share our commitment to nurturing the growth and development of young learners.

Our organization is expanding its presence across various states, and we are eager to welcome talented Educators to our family, whether on a part-time or full-time basis. We prioritize internal promotions and career advancement for our staff.

All Educators are responsible for planning, leading, and engaging in developmentally appropriate activities that promote the cognitive, physical, emotional, and social growth of children. You will prepare children for their educational journey by introducing them to structured learning environments from infancy through school age, utilizing our established curriculum. Additionally, you will assist with daily care routines, including feeding, changing, and nap supervision. Maintaining open and interactive communication with parents and fellow team members through our Classroom Management system is essential. Lead Educators will also manage classroom dynamics, create lesson plans, and respond to requests from the Assistant Director/Director.

We are committed to supporting the professional growth of our employees. We also offer Full-Time Floating Educator positions across regions, allowing you to travel between local centers, enjoy a 4-day work week, and receive a shift differential. Numerous positions are available in each of our centers, and we strongly encourage our employees to pursue promotions and become integral members of our expanding family.

Our Commitment to You:

We take pride in our work, which includes our dedicated team. Your contributions are vital to providing the high-quality child care we are recognized for. To ensure you have the necessary support to focus on the essential task of nurturing our children, we promise to offer:
