- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research, methodologies, and regulations in early childhood education.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
- At least 18 years of age, with a minimum of six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool.
- Ability to pass required state and company background checks.
- A competitive salary range of $18.75 to $22.90 per hour, based on education and experience.
