Job Summary

The Night Shift Customer Care Associate at Benny's plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing the interactive touchscreen interface at point-of-sale kiosks.

  • Stock merchandise on shelves, sweep and maintain the store, and ensure the lot is clean and well-maintained.
  • Sell fuel and general merchandise at self-service stations, adhering to safety and security procedures.
  • Answer customer inquiries about various services and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Louisiana State and East Baton Rouge Parish liquor license.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve customer concerns, and integrity.
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated, with basic math skills and professionalism in all aspects.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and contribute to company morale.
