Essential Responsibilities

Manage food costs and related purchases in accordance with budgetary guidelines.

Assist the team in executing all operational systems and processes to deliver products and services that meet company standards.

Develop the kitchen staff in all areas of culinary execution, ensuring strict adherence to recipes and service standards.

Oversee weekly inventory orders, daily production schedules, cleaning protocols, and overall organization of the kitchen and back-of-house.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform tasks that require reaching, bending, squatting, lifting, stirring, pouring, carrying, and pushing as necessary.

Capability to lift and transport supplies weighing up to 50 lbs. over varying distances.

Additional Qualifications

Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in culinary operations.

All local food management and safety certifications are required.

Successful candidates will undergo a background check.
