Key Responsibilities- Maintain Fresh's leadership in the social media space by developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that achieves brand, marketing, and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with international market teams to create local social media calendars, activations, and influencer partnerships, including developing guidelines and reporting.
- Build and maintain a robust rolodex of engaged influencers who identify with the brand values and can clearly express industry differentiation.
- Develop and manage dynamic reporting to measure the impact of each campaign, week, month, and quarter.
- Lead all aspects of community management, including interacting directly with the global audience and responding to inquiries, while partnering with global customer service teams to deliver a consumer-centric experience.
- 6+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, communications, media, or related digital media fields, with a preference for beauty experience.
- Deep understanding of all social platforms, including functionality and advertising products.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to align internal and external partners in a swift and timely manner.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to quickly adopt, shift, and evolve the editorial tone of voice.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of content and programs.
- Strong creative judgment to recognize engaging and on-brand content (visuals/copy).
