Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling postal mail, including postage replenishment and distribution
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies
  • Assisting with company events and activities
  • Completing clerical assignments and projects as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive phone demeanor
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in an office or front desk role
