Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tissue Recovery Supervisor On Call to join our team. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as a deep understanding of the tissue recovery process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Screening and Eligibility: Screens tissue donor referrals and consented donors to ensure medical and regulatory suitability.
  2. Medical History Review: Reviews medical and social history of donors to establish donor eligibility.
  3. Coroner/Medical Examiner Coordination: Works with coroner/medical examiner to obtain release for donation.
  4. Donor Logistics: Coordinates donor logistics, including transportation and processing.
  5. On-Site Support: Provides on-site support for recovery activities.
  6. Other Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in Tissue Recovery
  • CTBS certification (or ability to gain certification within 12 months)
  • Demonstrated self-motivation
  • Valid Driver's License with the ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements
