Leadership Opportunity

Ascension Recovery Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supervisor Behavioral Health to lead our team of Recovery Support Specialists. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in guiding and mentoring our staff while directly supporting clients in their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with nurses, nurse managers, and clinical teams to plan and oversee daily therapeutic services.
  • Supervise the RSS team, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to inform treatment decisions and ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide comprehensive orientation to new clients, including program rules and expectations.
  • Lead educational groups and recreational activities to support client recovery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services or business field, or 2+ years of experience in Substance Use Disorder/Behavioral Health/Healthcare.
  • 1+ year of management/supervisory experience.
  • Experience in the 12 Step Field and/or Dual Diagnosis treatment is strongly preferred.
  • Must have or, within 30 days of hire, be able to obtain current First Aid and CPR certification.
