Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and/or perceptual disorders according to the standards of the profession.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a warm, friendly, and joyful demeanor in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies in occupational therapy.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Washington State Occupational Therapist License and American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Prior experience in a medical setting preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking skills a plus.
