We are seeking a dedicated attorney with a strong commitment to supporting individuals in the realm of Family Law. Our firm is focused on navigating challenges and fostering a brighter future for our clients. We require an attorney who can seamlessly integrate into our team and deliver exceptional legal representation. It is essential to demonstrate empathy and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.

This role is designed for a seasoned attorney who is skilled, knowledgeable, and confident in managing a diverse caseload with a degree of independence while collaborating with a talented legal team. Compensation will be based on experience and expertise, and is open to negotiation. The remuneration package includes a base salary along with performance-based bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage and 401k matching. Additionally, we support ongoing legal education, bar dues, and select voluntary bar memberships.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $150,000

Core Responsibilities:
  • Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, depositions, and settlement agreements for negotiations and proceedings
  • Participate in court hearings and other legal proceedings, conduct legal research, and collaborate with senior attorneys to provide legal counsel
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics for the position
  • Develop legal strategies tailored to each client's objectives, case specifics, and relevant laws
  • Delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants, overseeing their progress while ensuring accountability for outcomes and deadlines
  • Monitor and evaluate the time and value delivered to clients to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Demonstrated experience as an Attorney
  • Must have passed the bar exam and maintain good standing with the Washington State Bar Association
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in family law within King or Snohomish County
  • Willingness to work in-person or maintain a consistent hybrid work schedule
