Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct initial legal research and prepare legal documents
  • Collaborate with attorneys on case strategies
  • Maintain client communication to provide updates on case status
  • Organize and analyze discovery materials
  • Draft memos and correspondence for clients and team members

Administrative Support:

  • Foster a cooperative team environment and participate in training sessions
  • Document detailed billable hours and track progress
  • Ensure files are organized and assist attorneys as needed
  • Meet billable hour targets

Marketing Contributions:

  • Provide thoughtful tokens for referrals and engage positively online
  • Participate in promotional efforts such as podcasts and videos
  • Promote the firm’s brand and culture

Operational Improvements:

  • Enhance and refine the firm’s operational systems and procedures
  • Utilize data analysis to improve service quality
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in a law firm
  • Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program
  • Preferred advanced paralegal certifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities
