Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality service to clients, answering their questions and obtaining information about their legal issues.
  • Examine and prepare financial disclosures and statements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring easy access to important information.
  • Conduct legal research to support motions, hearings, and other legal matters.
  • Prepare legal documents, such as complaints, interrogatories, and legal briefs, under the supervision of a lawyer.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience working in Family Law in Washington.
  • Knowledge of standard office administration software, including case management, time and billing, and document management.
  • Experience in training and leading junior paralegals and legal assistants.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
