We are seeking a dedicated attorney who is committed to providing exceptional support to individuals navigating Family Law issues. Our firm is focused on overcoming challenges and helping clients envision a brighter future. We require an attorney who can seamlessly integrate into our team and deliver outstanding legal representation.

This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who possesses the expertise, confidence, and capability to manage a diverse caseload with a degree of independence while collaborating with a supportive legal team. Compensation is based on experience and skill level, and is open to negotiation. Our compensation package includes a base salary along with performance-based bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage and 401k matching, as well as funding for continuing legal education, bar dues, and optional bar memberships.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence including contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, depositions, and settlement agreements
  • Represent clients in court hearings and legal proceedings, conduct legal research, and collaborate with senior attorneys to provide sound legal advice
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics for the position
  • Develop legal strategies tailored to each client's objectives and case specifics
  • Delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants, overseeing their progress while ensuring accountability for outcomes and deadlines
  • Monitor and assess the time and value delivered to clients to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Demonstrated experience as a practicing attorney
  • Must have passed the bar exam and maintain good standing with the Washington State Bar Association
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in family law within King or Snohomish County
  • Willingness to work in-person or follow a consistent hybrid work schedule
