Sales Director

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving assigned sales goals for the SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Monroeville. This role involves effectively soliciting and securing new business opportunities, as well as growing existing relationships with key accounts.
Responsibilities
Proactively conduct sales calls, sales tours, and entertain clients to drive revenue growth
Effectively attain assigned sales and revenue goals, as well as solicitation call goals
Grow existing relationships with assigned accounts and identify new business opportunities
Monitor and evaluate trends within the market segment
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience preferred
Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
Must possess developed verbal and written communication skills to frequently negotiate, convince, sell, and influence other managerial personnel, hotel guests, and/or corporate clients
