St. Luke's Health–The Vintage Hospital is seeking a skilled Nursing ICU Manager to lead our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing staff, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration among staff members.
- Direct and participate in the orientation of new employees, evaluating programs' effectiveness and employees' progress.
- Participate in unit, service, and divisional CQI/CQE programs, documenting results and formulating corrective action plans for improvement.
- Meet established research-based standards of care, quality control targets, and operationalize CQI.
- Develop a multidisciplinary program to monitor quality patient care indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience required; clinical leadership in the discipline preferred
- Required Certifications: RN-TX, BLS-AHA, ACLS, CCRN Preferred
