Role Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee the implementation of electrical and electronic systems for manufacturing lines.
  • Prepare requisitions for materials and labor necessary for system installations.
  • Manage the installation of electrical and electronic systems.
  • Utilize technical schematics and manuals for system setup and maintenance.
  • Employ engineering methodologies for diagnosing and repairing electronic systems.
  • Leverage advanced software and automation technologies to fulfill operational requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to commission and enhance control systems.
  • Evaluate equipment needs, estimate costs, and assist in budget formulation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 7-10 years of applicable experience.
  • Experience in technical support or engineering roles within manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Proven project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Familiarity with electrical/mechanical CAD, Allen Bradley PLCs, and various HMI systems.
  • Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing solutions.
  • Skills in automation controls installation, programming, and troubleshooting.
