Role Location:
This position is based in the United States, with a focus on onsite collaboration.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Collaborating with production teams to assess, establish benchmarks for, and enhance operational and manufacturing workflows; analyzing process and product specifications through direct observation and time studies to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Performing capacity evaluations to ascertain the necessary capital equipment and workforce levels to satisfy client demand; calculating resource utilization and pinpointing throughput limitations; executing machine assessments to identify and manage initiatives aimed at boosting Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Conducting workforce analysis to recognize and lead initiatives that enhance Overall Labor Effectiveness (OLE).
  • Identifying and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives; assisting with production scheduling, including the integration of product design modifications; designing or reconfiguring equipment and workspace layouts to optimize process flow; actively participating in and leading Kaizen events.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, along with a minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing, program/project management, quality, or closely related industrial setting; alternatively, a Master's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information related to this program/contract.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or an MBA.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Proficiency in various software applications and administrative tasks.
  • Experience in data analysis and manipulation using Excel, VBA, SQL, and other methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $64,000 and $128,000, reflecting a good faith estimate that encompasses various experience levels. Factors influencing the offer include the specific role, function, responsibilities, and the candidate's background.

Eligible candidates may receive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) matching, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off, among others. The specific benefits package may vary based on the business unit and whether the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
