Job Summary

The Operations Manager is a key leadership role at At Home Stores LLC, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our stores are running efficiently, effectively, and in line with our company's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: The Operations Manager will lead and manage a team of store employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Store Operations: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales growth.
  • Financial Management: The Operations Manager will analyze and manage store financials, including sales, expenses, and profit margins, to ensure that the store is operating within budget and achieving its financial goals.
  • Customer Experience: The Operations Manager will work to ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience, including providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Development: The Operations Manager will work to develop and motivate their team, providing opportunities for growth and development, and recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: The Operations Manager should have at least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Management Skills: The Operations Manager should have strong management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team, manage budgets and finances, and analyze and interpret data.
  • Communication Skills: The Operations Manager should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The Operations Manager should have strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems and issues.
