  • Requirements Management: Verify analysts are gathering strong, customer-approved requirements, and ensure that project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication and Presentation: Articulate ideas effectively, present in front of peers and superiors, and explain proposals, ideas, policies, and plans to customers or clients.
  • Business Acumen: Understand business needs and drivers of value and success, and develop project documentation required by the OIT project life cycle.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree with a focus in IT or equivalent combination of experience/knowledge.
  • Certification: PMP Certification.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience working with businesses to identify and document IT needs and facilitate solutions.
  • Skills: Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and show initiative with minimal supervision.
