Job Summary

Hepaco, A Clean Harbors Company, is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Project Manager to lead the daily operations of our service line crew. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, lead, and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew.
  • Ensure proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site.
  • Manage all phases of spill response, including working with clients to ensure timely and successful spill cleanup, regulatory compliance, and cost effectiveness.
  • Create and manage remedial work, including development of scope of work and validation of quotes received.
  • Accurately log information from client interactions into ALERT systems and update in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review analytical results to ensure compliance with specific state/province requirements and accomplish site closure.
  • Submit initial written, electronic, and intake reports to regulatory agencies.
  • Manage proper disposal of all waste and audit all subcontractor work orders/invoices for accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction, ensuring all client SOP's and special instructions are performed and compliant.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, regulatory officials, and other stakeholders through both written and verbal communication.
  • Perform other job-related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Project Managers' must be available to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to handle a high call volume in a fast-paced environment dealing with emergency response calls.
  • Capable of remaining calm and confident during stressful situations.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and effectively communicate with others.
  • Able to orchestrate large volumes of data while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to pull a trailer via pick-up truck preferred.
  • Perform physical functions per job requirements.
  • Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial emergency response, Hazmat clean-up, and confined space entry.
  • Supervising/working in confined spaces.
