SRE Manager, iCloud Services

We're seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineering Manager to join our iCloud Services team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you'll be responsible for leading high-performing SRE teams that ensure the reliability and performance of our cloud-based services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead SRE teams in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain observability tools and processes to ensure system visibility and reliability
- Advocate for best practices in reliability engineering and drive cultural change within the organization
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering leadership position, preferably in SRE or Production Engineering
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes
- Strong understanding of core operating system principles, networking fundamentals, and systems management
- Experience with hiring and leading engineers, with a focus on diversity and inclusion
At Apple, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $190,700 to $329,600, depending on experience and qualifications. You'll also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through our discretionary employee stock programs.
