Director of Enrollment Management Marketing and Communications

Georgia State University is seeking a dynamic and strategic communications professional to fill the role of Director of Enrollment Management Marketing and Communications. This position will provide leadership in communication to our new and continuing student populations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all marketing plans, including the planning and implementation of strategic marketing communications using GSU's CRM systems—Slate and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Work closely with Public Relations and Marketing Communications to ensure consistency in messaging to prospective students across web/online, email, social media, and print formats.
- Engage and support continuing students at Georgia State University, utilizing a combination of process-driven messaging, brand perception, and collecting important information about their experience.
- Identify and engage domestic and international pools of student prospects and admitted students using the Slate CRM system to convert students through the admissions funnel.
- Provide leadership around training and implementation of marketing tools (Main Stay, Slate, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Bachelor's degree and three years of supervisory/management experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent, effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in strategic communications, marketing, and enrollment management.
- Extensive experience developing comprehensive communication flows.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Slate.
