YOUR ROLE:
As a Part-Time Sales Leader, you will embody the Hallmark mission within the store. You will represent the Hallmark brand to customers and play a crucial role in its success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver an outstanding shopping experience that leaves customers feeling inspired and eager to return.
Model and coach service and selling techniques while assisting customers in finding the perfect card and gift solutions.
Lead store associates in the absence of the Store Manager, providing constructive feedback along the way.
Communicate daily priorities, goals, and business updates while fostering a fun and supportive team environment.
Execute store operations including product replenishment, merchandising, sales processing, inventory management, and point-of-sale audits.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.

One or more years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service; OR at least 6 months experience in a Hallmark Corporate Store.

Ability to work a flexible schedule that accommodates business needs, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Availability to open and close the store multiple times per week and work several weekend shifts each month.

Physical ability to stand/walk continuously; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years of experience in specialty retail, sales, or customer service.
Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.
Effective communication abilities with customers and team members.
Comfortable using computers and other technology.
