Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Hallmark Business Connections. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional consumer shopping experience, making product recommendations, and working as a team to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a personalized shopping experience that leaves customers feeling inspired and eager to return.
  • Make Product Recommendations: Offer expert advice on Hallmark products and services to meet customers' needs.
  • Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Perform Store Operations: Assist with setting displays, stocking products, preparing online orders, and cashiering.
Requirements
  • Basic Qualifications: At least 16 years of age, ability to work a flexible schedule, and meet work permit requirements (if applicable).
  • Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, customer-focused with excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using technology.
