About the Role

This full-time position will report directly to the Head of Marketing at Orchestra and involve planning and executing internal and external marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our leadership team to identify business objectives and develop targeted marketing initiatives. Your focus areas will include:

  • Culture: Fostering a positive and inclusive company culture through effective internal communications.
  • Innovation: Driving creativity and innovation through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Growth: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to support business growth.
  • Operations: Streamlining marketing processes and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including setting objectives, determining target audiences, and measuring results.
  • Create engaging content assets, such as employee emails, Slack messages, newsletters, blog posts, presentations, and growth materials.
  • Collaborate with designers and data analysts to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
  • Direct social media strategy and engage with our audience across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in marketing and/or communications.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRMs and CSMs.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range ($95,000 - $115,000) based on experience.
