Role Overview

This Senior Account Executive role will join our Lifestyle team across clients in the Lifestyle, Skincare/Beauty, and Fashion/Accessories industries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in public relations and media relations, with a genuine enthusiasm for the Lifestyle and Entertainment industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example in securing earned media, building lasting relationships with journalists and media members, and participating in strategy and brainstorming sessions to help plan and execute media campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Media Relations Mastery: Secure earned media, focusing on marquee feature stories in top national outlets and emerging media platforms.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate genuine relationships with journalists and media members, fostering trust and mutual respect.
  • Bring Events to Life: Assist with facilitating media events and product launches, ensuring every detail is perfect and every attendee feels welcome.
  • Shape Media Campaigns Together: Participate in strategy and brainstorming sessions to help plan and execute media campaigns.
  • Team Mentorship & Development: Support the growth and advancement of junior staff through mentoring, development, and retention efforts.
  • Communicate with Care: Serve as a trusted contact and resource for clients, providing support and guidance with professionalism and empathy.
  • Brand Collaborations & Partnerships: Participate in the ideation, execution, and recommendation of brand collaborations, partnerships, talent-led campaigns, and event strategies.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000-$70,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, financial security options, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
