Unlocking Supply Chain Excellence with BOARD Solutions

 

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Solutions Consultant to spearhead the expansion of our Pre-Sales team in North America. This key role will be focused on driving business growth through strategic partnerships with leading manufacturers.

 

In this pivotal position, you will engage with top-tier prospects to identify and address complex supply chain challenges, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions leveraging BOARD's cutting-edge platform.

 

Your Impact:

  • Pursue targeted opportunities with large enterprises, establishing trusted relationships and providing expertise to elevate their current practices and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with industry specialists and account executives to gain insights into the market and tailor our value proposition.
  • Develop customized Board Platform and Solutions presentations and demonstrations to convey the immense value BOARD brings to businesses.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI completion, design compelling demos, and facilitate Proof of Concepts/Value for prospects or existing customers within the manufacturing sector.
  • Support and train colleagues and partners in enhancing their knowledge of BOARD Solutions and subject matter expertise.
  • Heighten product awareness in the market by communicating BOARD's capabilities and benefits.
  • Evaluate technical fit between Board SaaS offerings and clients' analytical requirements.
  • Document and transfer deal knowledge to ensure a seamless transition to the implementation team for successful proposals.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain (presales) capacity and/or consulting, with proven proficiency in supply chain planning processes.
  • Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Optimization, and S&OP areas is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and establish credibility as a trusted advisor in the planning space.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, client relationship, and interpersonal skills- internally and externally.
  • Ability to adopt a consultative approach by listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution.
  • Familiarity with multi-dimensional planning models, BI or Analytics (Board, Anaplan, Pigment, etc)
  • A growth mindset and comfort with challenging conventional methods.

 

Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
