Job Summary

The KDS Strategic Search Group is seeking an experienced NetSuite Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team in Manhattan (Hybrid). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in providing value using NetSuite and other technology for end-to-end Supply Chain teams. In this position, you will be responsible for managing training and guidance, improving processes, and serving as the go-to expert for inquiries on the ERP system.

About the Role

This highly rewarding opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in NetSuite and Supply Chain capabilities to provide consistent value to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and optimize system performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with project plans, statements of work, or other forms of documentation to ensure seamless implementation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all areas in NetSuite including Production, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, MRP, Master Data, Sales, and Finance modules.
  • Provide significant Operations effort involved in implementing the latest NetSuite cloud solution.
  • Offer Operations Departments advice and guidance for business processes.
  • Answer questions and help determine a better method for capturing and analyzing data.
  • Perform business data analytics.
  • Run, extract, and import reports for each department as needed.
  • Troubleshoot break/fix tickets with internal and external support.
  • Data upload management.
  • User training and development functions.
  • Power User and expert experience with Planning, Scheduling, Inventory, Warehouse, EDI, Sales, Procurement.
  • Assist/manage Implementations.
  • Inventory – in-depth understanding of physical and financial flow (costing, mapping, analysis of data).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and optimize system performance.
  • Research new technologies that can improve business processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with NetSuite cloud versions and the areas listed above.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 implementations of NetSuite ERP.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, project management skills, and attention to details.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and teach other users and stakeholders the NetSuite application.
  • Ability to produce value from NetSuite and other business processes.
  • Six Sigma or lean methodology to enhance business processes.

About the Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
