  • Schedule and promote agent adoption of Mar/Tech tools to increase efficiency.
  • Onboard new and experienced agents, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Process paperwork for agent departures and transfers, maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage office supplies, workrooms, and equipment, including building maintenance supplies and directional signs.
  • Coordinate branch floor duty and opportunity schedules.
  • Assist sales managers with recruiting packages and provide technical support as needed.
  • Provide assistance to agents with copiers, computers, and phones, collaborating with the IT department.
  • Troubleshoot agent ordering and submit Help Desk Tickets for technical support.
  • Support sales managers with office social media posts, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Deliver new agent training, including business systems, technology, and paperwork procedures.
  • Prepare sales meetings agendas and process outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail.
  • Other administrative tasks as approved by the RVP.

Transaction Support:

  • Process earnest money and commission check deposits.
  • Coordinate and process files with the TC team.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of real estate processes.
  • Associates degree or 3-5 years of branch operations experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse individuals, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Ability to train one-on-one or in small groups.
  • High level of organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adjust direction as needed.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
