Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled NPI Program Specialist to join our aerospace ice protection business, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts for Rotorcraft and Propeller customers. As a key member of our team, you will represent our organization to customers in contractual, performance, and change management capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a large new product development effort between Collins and OE engineering teams, coordinating all parties to ensure their success.
• Direct all elements across involved parties to meet schedule and cost commitments on industry-leading technology.
• Report, identify, and develop plans to correct Key Performance Indicators with emphasis on predictable performance to commitments.

Qualifications:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and basic finance fundamentals.
• Integrated Master Schedules in supporting overall project/program management.
• Aerospace product experience, specifically in new product and quality requirements.
• Experience with Collins Standards (CORE, CMS), or Certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) for transition from Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) to Full Rate.
