Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing systems and networks, as well as providing technical support to staff on all company-supported applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to staff on all company-supported applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Perform routine technical assistance and maintenance duties, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Assist with the review, evaluation, and recommendation of solutions relating to hardware and software acquisitions and/or network updates.
  • Travel to on-site locations for end-user support or new office setup as necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of direct help desk experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems, software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications necessary.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as listening skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve basic problems, specific to technology and computers.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Work Environment

The work environment is typically quiet, with minimal distractions. The successful candidate will be required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds.
