Position Title: Client Relations Coordinator

Overview:

  • Engage professionally with clients to resolve inquiries and fulfill requests
  • Accurately and efficiently process information utilizing various systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requirements
  • Oversee Vendor Managed Inventory Programs and place orders according to client specifications
  • Manage a portfolio of complex clients and address customer grievances
  • Participate in training initiatives, including safety programs
  • Confirm purchase order details and collaborate with internal teams
  • Input data into order management systems and supply information for graphic processing

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience or training
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AS400
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Physical Requirements:

This role may require sitting, using hands, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 30 pounds. Specific vision capabilities are necessary for this position.

Work Setting:

The typical work environment is characterized by a moderate noise level.
