Job Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth by winning new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and delivering exceptional service to clients. This role requires collaboration with recruiting and customer support teams to ensure client needs are met and contract employees' expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of corporate sales and recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of sales success and account growth
