This individual will work closely with our staff to implement and evaluate departmental communications, manage community affairs and engagement, and develop and disseminate marketing materials.

This role will also oversee the development of our department's strategic plan and work closely with our team to achieve our goals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to meet departmental goals
  • Manage community affairs and engagement initiatives
  • Develop and disseminate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Oversee the development of our department's strategic plan
  • Work closely with our team to achieve our goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
