Job Overview

Position: Certified Lifeguard - Early Learning Academies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work hours: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, three days a week.
  • Oversee swimming activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Administer first aid for injuries, rescue swimmers in peril, and perform CPR or artificial respiration when necessary.
  • Evaluate safety conditions and develop emergency action plans for aquatic incidents.
  • Inspect pool facilities, equipment, and water quality to ensure safety and usability.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
  • Manage the opening and closing of the pool in accordance with the schedule.
  • Coordinate and supervise pool events and parties.
  • Teach or assist in swimming classes, focusing on fundamental skills.

Required Skills:

  • Understanding of various roles within early childhood education.
