Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Field Operations and merchandising team to ensure market and pantry standards are met.
  • Conduct regular pantry audits to ensure products are stored and displayed according to planogram.
  • Onboard and manage onsite attendants, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to handle maintenance and repair issues in the pantry.
  • Monitor and report on employee satisfaction with pantry services, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Track and manage waste consumption, implementing waste reduction initiatives that emphasize sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees.
  • Support administrative oversight across other designation locations.
  • Manage on-site product inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a high-end hospitality or receptionist role.
  • H.S. Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
