Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business objectives, strategic vision, and competitive environment to build trust and credibility with the client(s).
  • Foster and nurture relationships with client(s) at various levels through proactive and value-driven daily interactions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the client, ensuring their interests are represented effectively.
  • Continuously enhance and add value to client relationships.
  • Support the financial management and revenue growth processes for assigned client accounts, which includes: revenue forecasting and tracking, revenue recognition and reporting, and assisting with the invoicing/billing process.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to estimate staffing and scope for new revenue opportunities.
  • Capture and validate scope and product/service details using inputs from internal team members to generate accurate work and pricing estimates.
  • Contribute to and drive Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Orders, ensuring routing for legal and business/finance approvals.
  • Assist with contracting processes by collaborating with internal legal and pricing teams.
  • Utilize knowledge of Epsilon's products, services, and capabilities to provide insightful recommendations and solutions to clients.
  • Maintain a business-level understanding of all contracted work.
  • Collaborate effectively with other Epsilon business functions.
  • Track and manage activities to ensure proper approvals are obtained and relevant team members are kept informed.
  • Prepare well-structured, clear, and concise communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Notify Account Leadership of any significant changes or challenges that may impact budget and/or timelines.
  • Understand and assist in managing client compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong research skills to understand the current marketing landscape.
  • Capable of seeing the broader picture while being able to break it down into manageable components.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders and influence outcomes.

  • Identify and understand client challenges, offering solutions and recommendations while escalating to Account Leadership when necessary.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience:

  • 0-18 months of relevant experience is required.
  • Previous work experience in an office environment and team setting is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Coursework in business management, marketing, or accounting/finance is advantageous.
