Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Leader to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will oversee multiple substantial concrete projects across various locations. Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating plans, specifications, and client needs
  • Initiating Requests for Information (RFIs) to address field issues and discrepancies in plans
  • Processing, reviewing, and tracking project submittals
  • Assessing design and shop drawings to determine their effect on budget and timeline
  • Drafting scope of work letters for subcontractors
  • Requesting change orders from the owner and soliciting bids from subcontractors
  • Maintaining logs for procurement, submittals, and RFIs
  • Managing labor resources effectively
  • Providing scheduling support and monitoring daily production
  • Facilitating communication between design and construction teams

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related role
  • A degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Primavera, Procore, and MS Project
  • Strong written communication skills
