As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for executing various store operation standards and procedures to maintain quality of product, food and physical safety, and inventory stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with upper management to train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
  • Support upper management with the review of historical data regarding sales, ads and promotions. Co-manage inventory using item management processes to ensure satisfactory in-stock levels.
  • Indirectly responsible for maintaining and improving sales performance, cash flow, public relations, product quality, and work standards.
  • Ensure the store is presentable for the customer shopping experience; make certain adequate staff is available; ensure safety, responsiveness, and fiscal management of cash and monetary assets.
  • Follow quality control and food safety standards throughout multiple departments and ensure dated products are stocked and rotated properly.
  • Maintain clean, safe and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to Company safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age required.
  • High School diploma or GED and two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification required.
  • Manager Food Safety certification required.
  • AML certification required.
  • TABC/LACT certification required where applicable.
  • Fuel Operator C Training required where applicable.
Work Environment

Work is generally performed in a retail store. Occasionally exposed to outside temperatures and weather. Occasionally exposed to extreme cold conditions (non-weather). Occasionally exposed to extreme heat conditions (non-weather). Occasionally exposed to wet, slippery or damp conditions. Occasionally exposed to cleaning agents. Quiet to moderate noise level.
