Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of culinary staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Menu Planning: Create and execute menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, while ensuring profitability and quality.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, ensuring compliance with local and state health and sanitation codes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
Requirements
  • Education: A Culinary degree and/or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of food service management experience is required.
  • Certifications: Serve Safe Certification is required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
