LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to lead our food service operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and dining services, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
- Manage and supervise a team of culinary staff, including chefs, cooks, and servers
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for food preparation and service
- Manage food budgets and inventory
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to promote our dining services
- Culinary degree and/or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
- Minimum 5-7 years of food service management experience
- Serve Safe certification
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and have telephone accessibility 24 hours a day
