Job Title: Director of Nursing

Chestnut Hill is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to train as a Director of Nursing. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in nursing and leadership.

Job Summary:

The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This includes supervising staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support nursing operations
Requirements:
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
