Pizza Maker

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Pizza Maker at Redstone Restaurant Group. Our ideal candidate will possess expertise in working with dough and operating a wood-fired oven, with a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and collaboration.

• Prepare and cook pizzas to presentation standards and recipes
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
• Interact effectively with coworkers, wait staff, and management
• Uphold health and safety regulations and restaurant rules
• Manage food waste responsibly and maintain kitchen tools and utensils

• High school degree or equivalent GED certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and equipment use
• Prior experience in the food service industry (desired)
