Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our production department.

This position entails overseeing and coordinating the activities involved in processing materials or manufacturing products within an industrial setting.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

The successful applicant will be a driven individual with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor the overall performance of production teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement production schedules.
- Supervise Shift Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Production Teams.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Supervisors.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing team to maintain adequate supply levels.
- Facilitate open communication with team members.
- Develop employee schedules to ensure proper staffing.
- Work alongside the Maintenance Manager to assess equipment and reduce downtime.
- Inspire and support employees, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain a safe and tidy workplace while adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in cast or blown film facilities.
- 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
- Strong financial understanding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Innovative problem solver with strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive insights from incomplete information.
