Description

At Aludyne, we're seeking a skilled Line Leader to join our team. This role provides manufacturing support in a team environment, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machines as necessary to meet production demands
  • Assist with start-up procedures in a timely manner to minimize downtime
  • Maintain quality product within the designated cell, adhering to strict quality control standards
  • Perform visual inspections, review documentation, and audit production processes to ensure compliance
  • Identify and address any issues that may impact production or quality
  • Train machine operators on proper loading/unloading of product, gauging, and tool changing
  • Maintain a safe, clean work area, adhering to 5S principles
  • Report final production quantities and machine downtime to management
  • Communicate with the supervisor on the status of the cell, providing regular updates
  • Strive for continuous improvement of the work cell, identifying opportunities for process enhancements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in an industrial environment preferred
  • Ability to become certified to drive a fork truck
  • Employees are expected to work and attend in-person meetings as necessary
