Key Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing culinary team through coaching, mentoring, and training to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of culinary and operational standards, including scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and shift management.
  • Culinary Innovation: Develop and implement new menu items, recipes, and culinary concepts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and national vendors to source high-quality ingredients and products.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control food and labor costs to achieve budgeted plans and drive profitability.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of prior restaurant, hotel, or entertainment management experience
  • 2+ recent years as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or entertainment environment
  • Ability to manage a diverse work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
