Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate proactive and coordinated communications regarding Community Impact initiatives that yield enterprise-level effects across various internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and digital communication experts at Ecolab's headquarters and globally to disseminate Community Impact opportunities and initiatives.
  • Partner with Community Impact team members and Ecolab business associates to identify, develop, and share narratives that showcase the company's mission and positive contributions.
  • Create diverse communication content for both internal and external stakeholders, including social media posts, media materials, web content, news articles, employee communications, key messages, and presentations.
  • Support team processes across channels, including content creation, review, publishing, editing, and metrics reporting for internal communications platforms.
  • Oversee webpage development and content management for external-facing platforms, ensuring the information is valuable for external surveys and award nominations.
  • Manage design projects and relationships with creative agencies focused on communication strategies and deliverables.
  • Design and produce communication tools as required (e.g., email templates, signage, promotional materials, videos, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of communications experience, preferably in agency or in-house roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with familiarity with AP style.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Note: Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive service-oriented mindset.
  • Able to engage with external contacts and employees at all levels, including senior leadership, while handling sensitive information.
  • Experience in content development, media relations, social media, marketing, or internal communications.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with international and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with digital solutions, including content and social media management tools.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in software tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Canva; and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
