We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Planning Manager to join our team at the Department of the Navy. As a key member of our facilities planning team, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and guidance on facilities planning, construction, business, and financial management.

- Develop and implement complex project management plans, including budgeting, development, execution, assessment, and programming.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze complex project management issues and develop creative solutions.
- Prepare and present complex briefing materials and documents for decision-making and meetings.
- Participate in regional conferences and maintain coordination with engaged parties in the Facilities Planning Program.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Your resume must demonstrate the following:
- Performing various analytical, technical, and advisory functions related to facilities planning, construction, business, and financial management.
- Advising professionals in performing work in areas of construction, field engineering, environmental planning, environmental compliance, contract administration, real estate, public affairs, and other construction-related disciplines.
- Identifying and analyzing highly complex project management issues to develop creative and innovative solutions for planning, budgeting, development, execution, assessment, and programming.
- Creating complex briefing materials and documents for use in decision-making and meetings.
